Spring Parade of Homes

Organization of the annual Parade of Homes™ which showcases the builders' model entries to the consumer.  As a major fundraiser of the association, this program assists the builder in marketing and selling new homes to the public.

Promotes growth of the association, recruits new members and fosters member involvement in the association.  Responsible for membership retention and Spike Club.  Spike Club is an incentive program for individuals who recruit new members.

A sub-committee of Governmental Affairs, this group provides members the opportunity to communicate with building department personnel on a regular basis.  Some of the specific areas of the group's discussion pertains to permitting, inspections, tech manual updates as well as long and short term goals of the industry.

Future Builders of America

A school club that focuses on educating students about the building industry.  TBBA members volunteer their time to speak at student meetings as well as offer experience through hands on training.
