TBBA promotes educational opportunities for students at area high schools that offer construction-related classes through the formation of Future Builders of America Chapters. The Future Builders of America is the workforce development program of the Florida Home Builders Foundation. The mission of the Future Builders of America is to develop the leadership and trade skills of students to help them pursue rewarding careers in the home building industry. TBBA works with the following schools by helping to secure sponsors for them, and by coordinating efforts between the schools and their sponsors throughout the school year:

• Pinellas Technical Education Center, St. Petersburg Campus-Sponsor,
• Mark Maconi Homes of Tampa Bay, Inc.
