Membership - Home

Thank you for your interest in membership with the Tampa Bay Builders Association! Membership in TBBA represents an opportunity to increase the awareness and profitability of your particular business through networking, sponsorships, and educational programs while investing in the future of the building industry. There are two categories of membership in the TBBA: Builder and Associate. Builder Members include licensed building companies and developers; and Associate Members include all other building industry companies, such as the licensed trades, suppliers, lending institutions, engineers, lawyers, etc.

The annual dues for each membership category are:

  • Builder Membership - $580            Dual Builder Membership* - $420
  • Associate Membership - $480        Dual Associate Membership* - $385
  • Affiliate Membership* - $100

* Requires primary membership

The TBBA also has 3 councils available for membership.  Visit "Committee and Councils" for council details.

The annual dues for each council membership are:

  • Commercial Builders Council - $75 
  • Remodelers Council - $60
  • Safety Alliance Council - Builder - $600
  • Safety Alliance Council - Associate - $400
  • Sales and Marketing Council - $85

Online registration of council membership for current TBBA members is not currently available.  Please select and print the downloadable application found on the "How to Join" page and fax or email to info@tbba.net.   New members can add their council membership to their new membership application by selecting "How to Join" from the menu at left.
